Guacamole
Guacamole
2 avocados
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tomato chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
Have an adult cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Using a spoon, scoop the avocado out of the shell and place in a bowl. Child can mash with fork. Add in lemon juice, chopped tomato and salt. Stir together and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
